PR No.130 Media Centers Established at PID Islamabad: 24th July 2018

Press Information Department (PID) has established well equipped “Election-2018 Media Centres” with internet, fax, and telephone connections for the facilitation of media persons during the General Elections 2018 in Islamabad as well as its Regional Offices to facilitate the media. The Election-2018 Media Centres will be connected to the Election Commission of Pakistan timely and correct dissemination of official election results. The Media Centres will function round the clock from morning 25th July 2018 and will remain operative till the complete results are announced. Media Persons who want to avail facilities should reach Press Information Department, Zero Point, Islamabad as well as its Regional Offices on the morning of 25th July 2018 at 8:00 am. Regional Information Offices of Press Information Department i.e., Karachi, Hyderabad, Multan, Lahore, Faisalabad, Peshawar, D.I. Khan and Quetta have been issued instructions to facilitate the local and foreign media representatives.
