PR No.93 Government deemed all citizens equal: Syed Ali Zafar Islamabad: 16th July 2018

A delegation headed by Fazila Aliani, Acting Chairperson National Commission for Human Rights called on Syed Ali Zafar, Federal Minister for Law and Justice here today in Islamabad. The delegation apprised the Minister about the various important areas where human rights legislation is required and about the issues that need to be addressed on urgently and priority basis. The delegation appreciated Syed Ali Zafar for creating positive image of the present Government and its efforts to protect, preserve and promote the fundamental rights of the people of Pakistan. Syed Ali Zafar, Federal Minister for Law and Justice, assured his full cooperation to the delegation for the resolution of issues related to legislation. He said Government deemed all citizens equal and cannot tolerate any sort of discrimination towards any citizen of Pakistan. *-*-*-*-*-*
