2^nd Meeting of the Coordination Committee with Additional Chief Secretaries/Secretaries (development) of all provinces as well as federating units was held today at Ministry of Planning, Development and Reform under the chairmanship of Federal Secretary PDR Mr. Shoaib Ahmed Siddique.

The purpose of this meeting was to discuss the issues related to development projects and to devise effective coordination between federal and provincial governments on projects monitoring, evaluation fund releases and timely completion of the projects.

Representatives from all provinces including FATA and AJK shared progress of the development projects and highlighted issues regarding funds releases. Secretary Planning, Shoaib Ahmed Siddiqui reaffirmed the government’s resolve to cooperate with the provinces for the completion of their development projects and assured timely release of funds.
