Federal Minister for Power Division Sardar Awais Ahmed Khan Laghari met Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Sohail Aman at Air Headquarter today. Managing Director Shaheen Foundation was also present during the meeting.

During the meeting the Federal Minister was informed that Shaheen Foundation has been working closely with Fort Munro Development Authority (FMDA) for the development of areas. It was informed that the Shaheen Foundation in close collaboration with FDMA is developing villages on modern lines. The foundation is working on developing the health, education facilities in these villages to improve the living standard of the people of the area. Federal Minister for Power Division Sardar Awais Ahmed Laghari is also chairman of FDMA.

The Federal Minister was also briefed about the professional and technological advancements of Pakistan Air Force. The Federal Minister highlighted that Southern Punjab population has a talent and has the capacity to serve the nation and they can be useful assets for Pakistan Air Force as well.
