Federal Minister for Communications Hafiz Abdul Karim called on Advisor to Prime Minister on Aviation; Sardar Mehtab Ahmad Khan here in Islamabad on Thursday. Federal secretary of aviation Irfan Ilahi and other officials of Aviation Division were also present on this occasion.

In the meeting, it was mutually decided that PIA will enhance the connectivity of DG Khan and its adjoining areas with the rest of the country. Advisor to Prime Minister on Aviation said that domestic and international flights of PIA from Dera Ghazi Khan will soon be increased which will help the people of this area. He directed the officials concerned to make the feasibility report in this regard. He stressed that all possible measures will be taken to promote and facilitate the rural areas as well.

Minister Communications Hafiz Abdul Karim also appreciated the endeavors and reforms devised by Sardar Methab Ahmad Khan to uplift the standards of national carrier and aviation industry.
