PR No. 202 Islamabad: October 23, 2017

Cabinet Committee for Disposal of Legislative Cases (CCLC) forwarded the proposed draft bill for administrative separation of PIMS and Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University to the Cabinet Division for approval of the cabinet. Law Division which acts as the secretariat of CCLC forwarded the draft bill to the Cabinet Division.

The Cabinet Committee approved the proposed bill in its last meeting, which will be presented in the next meeting of the cabinet for final approval. Minister of State Capital Administration and Development Division, Dr. Tariq Fazl Chaudhry met with Federal Minister of Law, Zahid Hamid and discussed the issue of speedy enactment of the said legislation.

Dr. Tariq Fazl Chaudhary said that the proposed bill will be presented in the next cabinet meeting which is expected on Wednesday. The Minister of State talked to the Secretary Cabinet as well to bring the proposed daft bill on the agenda of next cabinet meeting.
