President Mamnoon Hussain has said that India should not undermine peace in the region through its warmongering adding that the whole nation and armed forces are ready and united for the defence of motherland.

Condemning the unprovoked firing by India on the Line of Control, the President stated that India is trying to divert attention from its ongoing atrocities and brutalities in the Occupied Kashmir. He added that India wants to divert the attention of the international community through devious ways but emphasized that India will never be successful in this regard.

President Mamnoon Hussain underscored that Pakistan is desirous of peace in the region and does not want confrontation with any country but warned that any act of aggression will be forcefully retaliated. He said that our armed forces are fully prepared and has full capability to thwart any aggression.
