PR No.156 Minister Of State For It & Telecom Mrs. Anusha Rahman Chaired 184th Board Of Directors Meeting Of TIP Islamabad

184th Board of Directors meeting of Telephone Industries of Pakistan (TIP) was convened here in Islamabad today. The meeting was chaired by the Minister of State for IT Mrs. Anusha Rahman. Federal Secretary IT Mr. Azmat Ali Ranjha, MD T.I.P Mr. Zia ul Haq, Member Legal Ms. Ameena Sohail, Member HR Mr. Tahir Mushtaq and other Board Members were present in the meeting.

The Board granted approval of various committees of the Board and their ToR’s in accordance with corporate governance rules.

The Board also directed TIP management to resolve their all outstanding financial and land/properties issues with management of PTCL and NRTC on urgent basis.

It was categorically stated that the Board won’t tolerate any kind of malpractices in TIP and TIP resources should only be used for its mandated purposes.
