SAPM on Establishment, Mr Mohammad Shehzad Arbab participated in the 'Donor Conference for Rebuilding of Afghanistan' as Guest of Honour. The Donor Conference was jointly organized by 'Save the Children' and 'Pak-Afghan Cooperation Forum'. While speaking during the conference, Mr. Arbab stated that Afghan people have been suffering from war and destruction for the last 40 years. Afghanistan needs political and economic support from international community for development. Mr Arbab further said that the Prime Minister Imran Khan and the Government of Pakistan are continuously stressing international community to address the problems of Afghanistan on priority basis. Pakistan is providing assistance to Afghanistan in the matters pertaining to border, trade, visa, health and other issues for the benefit of Afghan people. Pakistan wishes Afghanistan to become self-sufficient so that the long-time sufferings of Afghan people may come to an end.
