HCJP TAKES NOTICE OF BURNING OF SHRINE OF HINDU SAINT

Dr. Ramesh Kumar, MNA and Patron in Chief Pakistan Hindu Council called on the Hon’ble Chief Justice of Pakistan Mr. Justice Gulzar Ahmed at Supreme Court Branch Registry Karachi today and discussed the issue regarding desecration/burning of shrine of Hindu saint Shri Paramhans Ji Maharaj by a mob in Karak KPK. The Hon’ble Chief Justice of Pakistan showed grave concern over the tragic incident and informed the Hon’ble Member of Parliament that he has already taken cognizance of the issue and has fixed the matter before Court on 05.01.2021 (Tuesday) at Islamabad with the directions to One Man Commission on Minorities Rights, Chief Secretary KPK and IGP KPK to visit the site and submit report on 04.01.2021 (Monday).
