6th meeting of the Standing Committee on Inter-Provincial Coordination, (IPC) was held under the Chairmanship of Agha Hassan Baloch, MNA. The Committee unanimously confirmed the minutes of its 5th meeting held on 23rd August, 2019. The efforts of the Committee were acknowledged for holding the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy match and a Pakistan Super League (PSL) match at Bugti Stadium Quetta, which will not only encourage cricket at the grass roots level, but will also help in attracting the International Cricket in Pakistan. The Committee also appreciated the proposed visit of the Federal Minister IPC for inaugurating various sports related projects at Quetta in the coming week. In order to enhance the capacity of the Inter Board Committee of Chairman (IBCC), the Committee urged for the restructing and reorganization of the IBCC. The Committee also emphasized for observing strict merit while selecting the students for summer camp from all over the country by the IBCC. The Committee also decided to hold next meeting at Lahore to discuss the performance of the Pakistan Cricket Board. Mr. Mebhoob Shah, Mr. Gul Dad Khan, Mr. Gul Zafar Khan, Ms. Robina Jamil, Ms. Munawara Bibi Baloch, Ch. Zulfiqar Ali Bhinder, Rana Mubashir Iqbal, Mr. Rasheed Ahmed Khan, Ms. Shahida Rehmani, Ms. Nasiba Channa, MNAs and senior officials from the Ministry attended the meeting.
