PR No.71 FEDERAL HEALTH MINISTER DIRECTS HEALTH MINISTRY OFFICIALS TO WORK ON FAST TRACK BASIS Islamabad: February 13, 2019

The Federal Minister for National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination, Aamer Mehmood Kiani presided a meeting of officers of the Ministry for NHSRC today. Minister directed that to achieve to set goals and targets all officers should work on fast track basis. He said all officers must ensure that there is no pendency and cases are disposed off without delay. In this regard Software has been developed to monitor disposal of cases by each officer. He asked the senior officers to take the necessary steps to improve the performance and capacity of their respective staff. We cannot work with business as usual approach if we had to take forward the health sector in line with vision of Prime Minister Imran Khan. Minister said Federal Health Ministry has been assigned number of new organizations / hospitals, which have to be run in a highly efficient manner to ensure quality services are provided to people. The Minister in this connection assured his full cooperation to the officers.
