Advisor to PM on Climate Change Mr. Malik Amin Aslam inaugurated the “Clean Green Unit” under the umbrella of Ministry of Climate Change. At the inauguration eve Malik Amin Aslam underlined the core objective of the Cleen Green Unit which aims at implementing the Prime Minister’s Clean Green vision in letter and in spirit and formulation of the Standards of Procedure , so that all environmental protection departments, private partners, volunteers and students pursue them universally. The Clean Green Unit, besides keeping record and disseminating them to the public, will also enhance the coordination among the provinces and other partners with complete details of achieved targets and newly set ones. The Clean Green Unit will be administered by well qualified and experienced staff of the Ministry of Climate Change. Malik Amin Aslam remarked that this Unit will separately look after the five pillars of Clean Green Project which will expedite the momentum of the project. Under the “Austerity Measure” drive of Prime Minister, the ministry’s staff will administer the Unit and unnecessary appointment will be discouraged.Malik Amin Aslam inaugurating the Clean Green Unit at the Ministry of Climate Change for formulating SoPs and enhancing coordination among provinces. *****
